We use Dell laptops with crystal clear 15" XVGA monitors and full size external keyboards running on a Lucent Technologies wireless network for our onsite system. This gives us the ability to easily reconfigure and move equipment onsite to hot spots in the registration area. We can also make available to your event staff Compaq Pocket PCs which allow them to quickly look up pre-registrants and print their badges from anywhere within the wireless network.

Our software is fully customized for each event thus making the speed of the system second to none. By eliminating useless overhead, our systems are the easiest to operate and most reliable. We have many years of experience with temporary registration staff, and have made the system so simple that it only takes our representatives minutes to train personnel instead of hours. Registration and optional ticket prices are coded directly into the system. This coupled with real time credit card processing dramatically increases the accuracy of financial reporting and cashier reconciliation.
